We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so when something is off with a unit, we own it and correct it the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
